Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship all orders via Swiss Post or DHL, depending on the destination and package size.

Worldwide Shipping We ship to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on how to initiate a return.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
